We visited Madrid in October of 2022. We spent a few days in Madrid before joining a tour in Cordoba. We were with Inez for a day and half. She customized the tour to our interests. We did a walking tour of historic Madrid uncovering the history and insights of local government, walking through Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, tapas at San Miguel Market, lunch at the famous Sobrino de Botin, and a guided tour of the Royal Palace. Of course with her wonderful knowledge of art history, we spent several hours under her tutelage at the Prado Museum. This was a highlight and this comes from non-art people. And finally, we did a side trip to Toledo, a worthy side trip (by the way) and Inez made it fun and interesting. We had an excellent time. Our family of 6 visited Madrid. Ines was our guide three days. Her tour of the Prado and the Reina Sofia was incredible-we all learned so much about the art and the history behind it. In addition she was our guide through the Royal Palace-it was amazing as well. After the Palace we did a walking tour of Madrid. Her tour to Toledo was so well organized. She booked the transportation for us and was so flexible on the time. We all enjoyed the time we spent with Ines-and appreciated everything we learned. Highly recommended!!
